Am I apartment cursed?

iv been here for 6.5 years the new lease isnt up until march 1st. but i found away out. i can relocate too another complex if its owned by the same company. the company owns some nicer places about 20 minutes away in a more professional area the rents more. 799 compared to 667 i pay now but i think ill have more massage clients in a more upscale area

Why do the neighborhood boys stare at you? Are you the only set of boobs they have ever seen?

I get stared at here, but I'm the old bea bea on the block here in base housing. I'm OLD for them...they're 17-21, where as I am 27.

If it's nicer than it will be worth the price upgrade! Plus, if it brings you more clients, that will be a plus too! I hope it works out for you!!!

I live by the college, they're college boys...I am a college girl...enough said lol...boys will be boys...haha.

I went and visited the new apartments I'm interested in moving too. They are very nice. I will have to buy my own washer and dryer which is fine. its a smaller complex of only 5 buildings compared to the 32 here. They don't have anything at the moment but have put me on a call list to give me the heads up soon as they have a vacancy.

he won't care lol I work from home so as long as im there too be with him he wouldn't care where we are. its a quiet place too. the lady told me they don't put up with that hanging out in the parking lot, or talking on the phone in the breeze ways, or loud music

I wish I could move.... my main problem is that this place requires a 60 day notice and I am wanting to rent a house instead of another apartment, so it will probably be hard to find someone who has a house for rent that will hold it for me. Plus all new deposits.. ugh

yeah i hate the deposits to i have too pay the pet deposit of 400.00
in ga you have to give a 60 notice to unless you relocate to a complex managed by the same company. the hard search for me looking fore a complex by the same company so i can leave early.. if i dont find something ill have to wait until march. here if you just up and break the lease its a 60 day notice and 2 times the rent

If I was smart I would have broken the lease as soon as Cody got orders to deploy.
