Success!!!!
So I started doing lower carb (I don't really count them but I cut out bread, rice, pasta, sugar. potatos). I've been drinking tons of water, eating lots of fruits, veggies and lean protein. I've been working out less (still 45 minutes a day, but less heavy weight lifting). I feel SO great and energetic and I lost 3 pounds!!! I'm SO excited! My shorts that were tight around the waist are now easy to button!! And I'm not hungry, I eat every couple hours!! Just wanted to share. Thanks for the support!!!

good going..and after u have eaten healthy for awhile and try to eat junk it wont be the same.your body will most likely reject it and you will feel terrible..good for you!!!!
