can you catch something?

I just starting working a salon and my cousin told me that their beds aren't clean and that you can catch something by using the beds.... I know the beds are clean (at least now they are) b/c I clean them. How do I know if they are being cleaned with the right stuff? What do you use to clean the beds. We use water and Tan America or something like that.

As long as the beds are clean you will not catch anything from them.
