Ionic Health Spa
As I said before, I recently ventured to a new salon in Orlando. The package I got includes the Ionic Health Spa. (www.ionichealthspa.com). Has anyone else done/ are doing this currently? Would love to hear the results you received (if any). It's basically a machine that has some sort of magnent in it that helps pull all the negative "ions" out of your body. I am currently doing it to help my energy levels. I have been so tired, it's really hindering my workout schedule (big time!). I have noticed so marked energy levels and better sleep and I did my second session yesterday. I can't tell if this is a placebo effect or the real deal here lol.

Re: Ionic Health Spa
Tis true! That is nearly what my water looks like when it is done. It's crazy, but I do admit I feel better after doing it.
