Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

Why would you want too? Taking hcg is a hormone you are putting into your body, I wouldn't do that. I am currently pregnant and trust me, feeling crappy day after day after day isn't fun. I would never take a hormone like that for a "diet". Most likely you don't need to lose weight anyway, and if you really do....do it with diet and exercise not these fads and crap into your body. Be safe!

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

Well honestly Glitterqueen I do eat very very well and I do excersice 5 times a week. But unfortunately that does not work for all people! Im sure you must have no problems with your weight, and personally I think that is terrific. Some people do like to use aids with their weight loss though. I am totally aware of what hcg is. 150% although I was simply asking if it had been combined with OEP. Not for a negative why not to take it. I have tumors that keep coming back and have had 3 surgeries in a year my chest wall on the left has been removed and replace with metal mesh (gortex) and my left collar bone has been removed as well. I cannot use my arms to work out and running makes my chest move so much that it actually hurts me very bad. So honestly I do need a kick in losing. Trust me I am not one that is looking for a miracle without doing anything, I know I have to work for it and I do. I do what I can.
Thanks :)

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

I am starting my first protocol on Tuesday. Me, my best friend, my husband and my brother are all doing it together. However, my brother has already started and has lost 13 in the last 13 days. He has to do two protocols because he has more than 30 to lose but I only have 10 to lose so I will do one protocol and may not even do the whole 30 days. I have a personal reason for doing this and realize the weight may not stay off but I really do think once I am done with my protocol and start back on Weight Watchers, I will be able to maintain easily.

Actually I do have a weight issue and have had several surgeries and issues to further it. I am 30+ pounds overweight and now pregnant and worried about it getting worse....but I can't. SO I DO understand, I wasn't trying to be negative but if you put things out there you are gonna to get all sorts of opinions. any diet supplements and hormones and things are not good for you and that is what I was expressing.

HCG isn't a fad...Body Builders and professional athletes have used it for decades. Used to be you could only get it from a doctor, now its everywhere. If it works for you...go for it. Sometimes people need a weight loss aid now and then.

the hcg at the store and the hcg hormone are 2 different things. I haven't used oxy but I used the jack3d which is the same ingredents, I didn't notice much for fatloss did give me energy though. you want a cheap fat loss just take 25mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine and 81mg asprin 3x a day. just google search eca stack

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

you shouldn't take both, even though they're not in the same "family" they can cause adverse effects if you stack them.

if you choose to use oxyelite pro, be very careful. using it for longer than the cycle that they tell you (no more than 8 weeks of usage & then a 4 week cycle off of it) can cause kidney failure. it's extremely potent but works well, one of my close friends is a nutritionist and personal trainer and he says not to mix anything with OEP, just use that and exercise for a cycle, then a cycle of nothing, and then do a cycle of the hcg, then a cycle of nothing and so on. it's much safer.

My mom has had a lot of health issues and multiple surgeries like you (breast cancer @ 34) so I know how hard it can be for you to lose weight. It's so encouraging though to hear that a survivor such as yourself hasn't given up the battle! Major props to you and I hope it works for you. I dont know about the two combined but I've heard nothing but good things about hcg so I wish you the best! Keep us posted n let us know how it goes ;)

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

I have done both.

HCG I have tried on numerous occasions. If you can starve yourself, which is exactly what the HCG diet does, then you can expect to lose a pound a day. A few years ago, I did HCG and lost 20 lbs in 23 days, but after finishing the diet, I gained it all back in less than 2 weeks even after following the rules. But if you are like me and you need to eat on a regular basis, I would suggest trying OxyElite.

I am taking it right now to help me with muscle growth and currently, I have been taking it for 4 days and I've lost five pounds. I will probably stop taking it if I continue to lose weight because I don't want to lose more than 5 lbs. The only downside is that last night I noticed my blood pressure was EXTREMELY high, so I cut down my doses today. It leaves you a little anxious and a little jittery, but it works. You cannot drink coffee, tea, soda or anything with a stimulant in it while you are taking OEP though.

Taking both together would be terrible for your body, because with HCG, you're already getting next to no nutrition, but by adding OxyElite, the thermogenics will completely burn off any of the food you ate which would be very little to begin with.

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

Just for the record, my mom and my cousin both did the HCG and my mom lost 43 lbs and my cousin lost 82 lbs and kept it off. I also did it and lost 10 lbs my first week. Defnitely is not a fad. And it's not bad for you because some doctors actually recommend it and there are clinics specifically for it. The only reason it would be bad for you is if people did it for an extended period of time and abused it. Thats why you do it 43-52 days on it where your losing the weight, and 42-53 days off of maintaining. Doing it nonstop wouldn't be good. But when it's controlled its very good for those who need to seriously lose weight. I'd recommend it, but it's very strict and NOT easy.

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

Don't take what I say as medical advice...there is the disclaimer.

I wouldn't bother with "hcg diets" for a number of reasons. First and foremost, any "HCG" that you buy that is "homeopathic" is a waste of money for a number of reasons. Since it is homeopathic, the amount of HCG in it is so low that it wouldn't really do anything. Also, any "HCG" that you ingest orally is a waste of money because even if it is HCG, HCG is a glycoprotein hormone. When you ingest the HCG your body will break the HCG protein down into amino acids which will not have the same effect as the complete protein.

All the "HCG" diets are based on extremely low calorie diets. Of course if you consistently eat only 500 calories a day you will lose weight. The principle behind adding HCG is that it supposedly will let your body burn fat instead of muscle at such a low caloric intake. This hasn't even been proven true by a body of studies. Even if it were true, the HCG would need to be pharmaceutical grade and injected (not taken orally)...not something to mess around with. The Journal of the American Medical Association recommends against HCG being used for weight loss as well.

Also, HCG isn't used by bodybuilders and professional athletes to build muscle. It is used by them at the end of an anabolic steroid cycle to jump start their bodies into making their own testosterone. When they are on anabolic steroids (which basically act like testosterone) their body senses that they have an excess of testosterone so the body stops making its own (which is why the testes shrink). When they are at the end of a cycle, they take HCG which triggers the testes to start making natural testosterone again.

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

I actually had a dr. recommend hcg for me due to the back problems I have since it was very urgent to get any extra weight off soon so I can hopefully avoid surgery I have not started taking it since its not.covored by insurance and is so expensive the one you can buy at the store is different than the one from a doctor

Re: Hcg and OxyElite Pro

I'm actually just finishing my 1st round of Hompathetic HCG. I lost 36lbs in 42days. I feel great and I would consider doing it again. I would like to try the percreption strength HCG next time.
I dont' know what the Oxy is though.
