IamTan is free to us, but it is expensive to run. So, the Google ads help cover some of the cost. According the the explanation I got, they have tried to prevent the diversion ads from being listed, but there are so many of them that it's nearly impossible to block them all. So, the members are just asked to ignore them. :)

Out of respect to the salon owners that own and/or participate with this site, Iamtan does not permit the discussion of online lotion diversion sites including EBAY.

It is correct the google ads do in part help to sponsor Iamtan so the site can be made available to our members for free. Iamtan does have a filter which has been somehat "temperamental" and some ads do slip thru the system.
