i'm proud of myself for 2days now i've had healthy meals and have done muscle workouts at nite and i feel really good and was able to resist the italian hamburger helper my mom cooked for lunch and had a tuna salad w/ a big bottle of water instead

I have done pretty good today. Since my mom had a baby last week people have brought us supper almost everyday, and I'm not resisting either! I'm just not having as much as I normally would and it's been ok so far. Keep up the good work!
