Some of you may know that I had some plastic surgery close to a month ago, well I attemtpd to start up the work out thing a week ago, I did some cycling and then tried some crunches with my ab machine, well that was dumb because now I am bruising around my stomach and boobs are swelling and soar. This frustrating watching yourself get flabby again and not being able to do anything about it- I can left dumbbells and thats about it. Sorry I am being a whiner but its funny how you even the little workouts you do make a big difference.

I know that can be frustating, but you really can't workout my bf's sister worked out 2 weeks after surgery and she had to pay $4000.00 for corrective surgery, so do not take a chance. You can still walk on a treadmill just wear agood supportive sport bra, just no lifting weights. You can probably workout your lower body doing leg lifts, calf raises, squats, and lunges. Also, eat healthy and take your multiviamins. After you are completely healed and ready to go back to your routine you'll feel so much better.

Yes, she did. It drained her savings account and when they went back in they had to go underneath and she has some nasty scars. She went to big, anyway. She is 5'1 and she got DD's. She looks very unproportioned.

I haven't been able to work out all week since I've been so sick. That's the longest I've gone ever in almost six years.

Kelly, just do whatever you can. There are always exercises that you can do to work around the painful areas. You certainly don't want to make anything worse. Walking and hand weights are a good way to get re-started.
