bulb myth?

i have a bed at home and only use it from feb till end of summer...is it true that if the bulbs sit for long periods of time they lose there strength....i had a salesman tell me this....but if they do then why dont they lose it when they are setting in the wharehouse.....

The bulbs will not lose anything from sitting around. Don't worry about it and enjoy tanning.
