The beginning of November I did tae-bo everyday for 2 wks and basically ate whatever I usually ate.. no dieting. And lost 5 lbs . I kept the 5 lbs off * not like its a lot*.

I was wondering, has anyone done tae-bo for a long period of time and lost a lot of weight from it?

**Tae-Bo w/Billy Blanks, not like a class at a gym or something*

I was really into Brazilian Martial Arts when I was a teenager (Capoeira mainly). Practiced and worked out everyday for years. I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a pound. I never had a weight problem until I started having kids. I have considered doing Tae-Bo. A lot of the warm-ups and work-out routines are similar to what I used to do, except I had to wear weights. If you got great knees and a strong lower-back, go for it. You can get fit and learn how to defend yourself all at the same time.
