I am tanning again, but when I usually start doing indoor tanning at the tanning salons, I buy professional tanning lotions that are usually over $60. I get very good results.
One of my friends told me, I should just use Jojoba Oil... since it will open my pores. And I also been hearing people are using Vegetable Oil... and Coconut Oil...
Does anyone know any information if those Oils are useful?

i personally wouldn't use anything but a tanning lotion in tanning beds at the salon. if you have your own bed u will do what u will. but i would rather use a salon quality lotion.

ditto what anya1976 said. the salon quality lotions are, for the most part, awesome!

never used them as tanning oils, but I used jojoba oil on my face a while back as a moisturizer and wasn't thrilled with the results.

Oils are not good for the acrylics on the beds. I love my Swedish Beauty products, I will stick with them.

Welcome ro iamTAN!
Respect the salon and use an indoor tanning lotion
That other stuff could be real hard to get off the beds, or even ruin the acrylic surface.
I agree with what everyone else has said! Stick with the salon lotions. They're better for you and better for the beds!

Yeah, definitely don't experiment in the salon's beds. Those are expensive and you wouldn't want to ruin them.

Yep, awesome advice here, definitely stay with the Salon lotions and oils since there are Salon lotion lines that have some oils in their line, ya can stay with the oil if ya like it, and still be respectful to the salon

A lot of salon quality lotions contain these oils, you've mentioned. I wouldn't use just straight jojoba oil or coconut, and vegetable oil out of the bottle, like some have already said, it's not good for the acrylics.

I think probably they're good reflective properties for tanning, but not as tanning aids at all. I would only ever use coconut oil for moisturising, never tanning.
