I've been tanning indoors for about 5 weeks now. I have a light base tan right now. However, the outter sides of my thies aren't as dark so I think I need to start postioning my legs different to get the sides of my thies. Anyway, my skin type I believe is type two. I have light eyes, brown hair, and don't tan very easily.

My question is, do you think I would be cool going into the Ultrabronze for the full 30 minutes (15 min on each side)? I don't want to overdue it. Right now I'm at 11 minutes on the 3200 bed.

Thanks for your help.

i do the "frog" position for my thighs. i bend them at the knee and then put my heels near each other . that works for me

A true hp is so low in uvb I doubt you will get red,Main. My bf just tanned in our hp the other day.Hadn't tanned indoors since July 1 & the only thing he was outside doing was riding his motorcycle between then & it getting cold.He went the full 24 minutes without getting red. He's a type 2,also.

any redness you may have will be from the heat. full session time is perfectly okay as long as you are not sensitive to heat retention( heat rashes) or on any medication such as hi blood press med, antibiotics, etc
