Lotion help???

I am in desperate need of a new lotion. My salon in Dallas only sells Australian Gold and Swedish beauty.

I am going to go to a different salon to buy my lotion but I need recommendations.

I usually use Australian Gold--Golden Tingle Glaze

I really like Swedish Hemp Creme by SB.

i really like frosted hemp made by swedish beauty... my skin always feels reaaaaaaaaally moisturized after i use it. nice cooling too

Nothing by AG or SB is that good. Browning Silk for Faces by SB is good. The reason they sell only those is because they probably get huge discounts for only selling that ca-ca. CalTan is much better. Their high end stuff is nice. No stinky. No streaky. Australian Gold's bronzer Double Dip Iced Cream is supposed to be their best and everyone who bought it (at $30 which is a steal) thought it was the worst.

Austrailian Gold's Dark Fire is my absolute favorite! I prefer it hands down over everything I have tried thus far, and def. prefer it over the Golden Tingle Glaze!

Believe me i would like to change brands also. I'm going to go to a different salon to get my lotion. So any suggestions other than SB or AG would be appreciated.

So is it the lotion that makes me smell afterwards?? I just always thought it was from tanning for some reason. So if not being stinky is my main goal in a lotion, which one should I use?

Pretty much ALL Designer Skin products are good.

My favorite is AG's Dark Fire. This stuff is good! I don't care that much for SB stuff, some of it I like but...
I've bought 2 bottles of the Dark Fire and it's my salon owner's fave too! It has a bronzer and some tingle, but I can't feel any tingle.

I just got some today and it's a HUGE improvement over the SB Browning Syrup I had been using.

you know, iam not a LOTION SNOB or anything but personally you get what you pay for. unless you get it at a discount rate. thats great but like ag, this stuff really to me does not work great at all. i have bought 2 products by them and i think it does not stay as long or promote a great tan either. jmo. designer skins to me is really great and also i love cafe bronzer.bombshell and goddess are the best from them and the moisturizer angel. try those products and see how they do and even buy samples and remember which ones you use . but if you tan every other day you can kinda see the results the next day from that lotion. hope that helps.

I second the vote for Designer Skin lines.

Keep in mind that what works for one person may not for another. You have to decide on scent,ease of application, how moisturizing you need it to be, if you like bronzer, tingle, etc. So sample several kinds and see what YOU like.

Thanks to all who replied. I've been using Neurotic by Designer Skin for about 2 weeks and I've noticed that i'm not getting any darker. I've been in the high pressure bed once a week also. Can anyone recommend another type of lotion by DS. Does DS have any lotions with a DHA bronzer and not just a cosmetic one like Neurotic has. Maybe one with DHA and a tingle. Tingle is not necessary but would be helpful.

Enigma is tingle and (dha) bronzer. Bombshell is tingle and bronzer but I don't have a label to read right now. Both are awesome products (can't keep them on my shelves here).
