Atkins & TGI Fridays working together

Hey all you Atikins Dieters!

I got an email from TGI Fridays (I'm on way too many mailing lists ) about their new Atkins approved menu items. They have 2 appetizers and 7 entrees that are Atkins approved and include the number of carbs. You can check it out at their website.

I wondered when some restaurants were going to start doing something like this or listing Weight Watchers points. Too many people do these diets for them not to notice.

yummy... I haven't tried TGI Fridays yet.. but my kids and I pass it every Saturday when we go to VA.. so I might have to check it out now.....

Oh Cool!! TGIFriday's is not a bad place to eat. We have a couple of local resturaunts on The Plaza that have Atkins style menus, even a low-carb breadbasket
