I am having problems getting these little guys to stay on my face in a vertical unit. I think I must be getting lotion in some of the areas where I am trying to stick the adhesive to and that is what is making them not stay put. They definitely feel like they have enough adhesive so it has to be me causing the problem.

I just met with the eye pro lady and I would suggest that you don't put as much lotion on there as much as the rest of the body.

lotion around the eye area can cause them to lose their sticking ability. try wiping the area gently with a towel or tissue before using the WinkEase. Also be sure to tap the tip of the cone to ensure that they are firmly attached to your face...

Put your winkease on prior to applying lotion to the face area...

haha Mitzi... that would be the logical thing to do. sometimes I miss the obvious things that are staring me right in front of the face.
I was complaining to my sister before about cleaning up the fiesta disaster area. The bar has no sink in it so I kept grabbing margarita glasses and plastic cups and running them up the stairs to the sink to dump. Whit was like "um, why don't you just dump them all into a bucket and then take THAT upstairs?" I felt like such an idiot.

Ah yes...the obvious. Thanks!
i don't think too many people put lotion on their eyelids since you aren't supposed to tan your eye area anyway. i think it's more eyeshadow that is the problem.

I have problems getting them to stick and I don't wear eyeshadow. If you don't apply tanning lotion to the area, you still probably applied a moisturizer in the morning.... this can a problem with them sticking as well.

i know sometimes if i get overly sweaty (in the stand up booth) i have problems getting them to stay on... so i use my peepers with the elastic band when i tan in there
i have never had a problem with them, in fact sometimes they are really stuck on when i go to take them off

Whew! I had trouble getting a password to get in...two days later I'm finally in.
If your Wink-Ease aren't staying on well, double check to make sure you have the fold at the TOP. There is more adhesive there and they hold on better, especially in the standups.
Star, we mostly hear "wow, those really stick too well!" more than that they fall off. You'll find Viewkeepers even better for staying on--the cone folds a bit differently so they stick.
Thanks for your interest in Wink-Ease!

I am using a stand-up so maybe that is part of the problem. I will keep trying them that's for sure!

I just tried these on Monday, and had trouble with them sticking. But I am definitely gonna try them again. Maybe I can get it right this time.

Pan Anna,
I'm sorry you had a rough start, but am glad you are having success. Do you have any tips to share with the other folks having trouble?

Don't be afraid of them! I was just too freaked out about getting them just perfect that I was probably touching too much of the adhesive folding and refolding them. I think I was making it more difficult than I should have been.

I am afraid of them. I think I will stick with the goggles. Anyone else feel this way?

Why are you afraid of them? I have some and like them, I also use my sun globes.

I cannot begin to describe the feeling I get while taking a huge hard lumpy dump. Orgasmic, simply orgasmic. My hard, yet now soft and wet lumpy stool reminds me of the color of my dark brown skin. To enhance the experience, I bring in a copy of O Magazine.
