Okay... I'm not fat, but I have a little "soda belly" my whole life all I drank was soda. No water, and i'll drink a little juice and milk every now and then. Then I started drinking Diet soda, then I even cut back on soda and started drinking power aid, but i cant tell if i'm loosing weight. I'm 5'2 and weigh i think 118 I have never had a belly untill the past year.I am so lazy to exercise or to sit ups.I work as a lifeguard in the sun everyday and I come home and all i want to do is chill. I'm to tired to do anything Any suggestions?

First off, WOW, you've got NOTHING to worry about girl, ya look GREAT!!
Second, I'm 5', and I'd LOVE to be 118 again
Well, being a lifeguard, sounds like ya could get your excersise during the day by walking the beach, or around the pool, and just try to stay on your feet as much as possible. I know when I was working, I was on my feet from 7am till about 7pm, and believe me, with kids and a full time job at the time, all I did was sit when I got home, and I was about 120 - 125 at the time, so no worries!!

Well I work at a water park, Wet `n Wild... and I dont really walk around much...and I honestly have a belly... my legs and arms are perfect but my belly sticks out.. I bought a shirt a few months ago and now it dosent even cover my belly. I'm even to embarresed to wear a bathing suit. I NEVER have been like this before. I used to actually show off.. but now... even when I suck in I still have a bellynad i just weighed myself.. I weigh 125 my doctor says i'm 15 pounds over weight

You could try the Ab-Doer. It doesn't take much effort to do & you can watch TV at the same time. My fiance lost allot of weight using it for 20 min. 3x a week. He lost so much, he had to bulk back up & now he makes sure he lifts weights right after the ab-doer workout, so he doesn’t get too skinny. I don't have the discipline to use it that much, but I still try to get on there at least once or twice a week. I just joined a Curves for Women & they have several ab machines you use.

I really could never get motivated to excercise either but I started doing the Winsor Pilattes 20 minute workout and it really works your stomach and its not high impact at all and you'll see results pretty fast. I've had 4 kids and my stomach is very flat!

I too love the Winsor Pilates. Plus the system is cheap compared to others!

I'm to lazy to excercise too, that's why I'm opening a 30 min. workout. This way I will be forced into doing some excercises.

Xenadrine EFX gave me the energy to go to the gym and work out. It works even if you only take half the dosage or even 1 pill a day. But im sure some multi vitamins actually might help with motivation and energy too if you werent looking to start a diet pill.
