I've only done one session at 7 minutes and I was completely fine. (no burning) How do I know when I can increase my time to 10 minutes? Should I do a few more sessions at 7 and then bump it up?
Thanks!

usually you should wait a few session to increase time u dont want to move up too quickly. i would tan for the same time for a week (probably 3 sessions per week) then the next week move up by 2 mins and ONLY one or two mins do not rush it

when I first started tanning I increased my minuts by about one every time I went because I was not burning at all, I'd think that you can go to 8 min te next time if you were fine at 7 min.

I think it would depend on your skin type - if you tend to burn in the natural sun I would stay at 7 minutes for the next 2 sessions than slowly increase every week - It only takes one session that can burn you than you won't be able to tan for a while, better to take it slow.

My salon owner said that you should go at least twice at the same time and then increase your time by 2 minutes. It worked for me and I only got burned when I tried to rush it and go up too many minutes.

I would increase my time when you stop seeing results at the time your at. If you start to burn, cut back on your time.

Yeah, it's already been well answered.
