She may be a little bit flaunty but man what i wouldn't give to have her tummy!!! Do you guys know of any really good tummy toning excercises? Its time to make the flab fab!!

use the exercise ball..its awesome and its a fun work out..easy on your back..when you purchase it there will be alot of exercises included..try it youll like it..also if you have a puching bag or access to one its great for your obliques..quick results

I do 200 stomach crunches every morning when I get up, plus ab exercises at the gym four days a week. Britney's tum is nice. Depends how much definition you want.

I think Winsor Pilates works very well on the stomach muscles.

Hopefully this will help you...
The KEY to getting a six pack (or abs to show) is DIET. To lose that fat right there you gotta have a very CLEAN diet. No fast or fried foods. Lots of tuna and chicken. The EXERCISE is vital also but without the right diet abs are virtually impossible to come by.
Just do different types of crunches so that all areas of your abs are worked.

but... and I've got a good size one couldn't resist that .....If I get up and walk, I'd have to leave the monitor...... NO!!
Seriously, Main has a good point, it's hard to have definition of any kind if you've got extra weight there. Chicken, tuna, good protein, and lots of water, mainly drinking water, will also help shed those extra pounds too... I lost 20 lbs. a couple years ago by a strict diet, and about an hour worth of arobics and dancing 3 to 4x a week.... Now if I could just get BACK into that routine

Tuna with mayonase and pickle, on bread? or just tuna by itself?
Premade chicken tenders, or boiled chicken?
My fave are chicken and tuna, but I eat them with unhealthy crap!

man .. i hate exercising..i just do kick boxing a few days a week and thats enough..lol and its sooooo fun!!! i do crunches like 2x a week....if i get flabby ill do more..lol

I hated exercising and dieting but now im so use to it I forgot about eating junk haha. Every once and awhile I will treat myself to something naughty but other then that its water allll the time and chicken and tuna like Main recommended. It does really work.
