I just want to thank everyone for being so helpful. I have only been on this site a few days, but I've already learned so much! Also, when you have friends who tell you to "just close your eyes" and "don't let them put you in a bed for less than 10 minutes - they're just trying to rush you out", you *really* need a forum like this!

So anyway, I went tanning for the first time yesterday and everything went great! The girl at the salon was very helpful and explained everything. I did 7 minutes in a 20 minute bed and I did not burn at all. I can't wait to see color!
