I was wondering what all you beautiful people do to excercise, how long, and how many days of the week. I do winsor pilates and they work really well (until i go and eat that fatty #2 at mcdonald's!!) I would greatly appreciate any weight loss help you guys could give!

I go to the gym everyday or every other day. I work out like 2 to 3 hours at a time. I also run like 2 times a week at the track in my town. AND I do pilates too if im bored or feel chunky after some junk food haha. Replace coffee, soda and juice with drinking WATER. I put aside 8 bottled waters in the fridge everyday and make sure I drink all 8.

My plan is to join Curves for Women after the holidays.I can't find any work out clothes I really like or that fit me right.I will definitely not attempt to buy them on line, I'm having too much trouble.I have long legs but don't want anything really tight or low.I want something I can wear around & not just when I work out.

My plan is playing DDR and using my Ab Swing as often as possible, and make good eating choices, and also drink lots of waters and no sodas

I got an aerobic tape to learn the moves, and now do it whenever I get the chance to my far-more-exciting MP3 playlist, checking my heart rate between songs. Works well, and Bif Naked is *so* much more conducive to movement, for me, than the lame wannabe-techno stuff that seems to show up a lot on workout videos. I know I'm doing well when I'm too out of breath to sing along. Also, combined with some crunches and lunges and push-ups, a decent plan while being exceptionally affordable. Just add music and floor space!

McDonald's actually has potential if you're dieting. Order a side salad instead of fries, and they've got this really nice low-cal balsamic vinegrette dressing. Try to stick to smaller sandwiches. That sort of thing. I do occasionally get french fry cravings, but when I do that, I'll get the fry *instead* of the sandwich, not in addition to.

I might even throw in a right click in once in a while to break the boredom

I have not been going to the gym nearly as often as I need to lately. When I want to lose weight quickly though, I do 10 minutes cardio (running/eliptical) & 45 minutes with free weights, then relax by walking 15-20 on the tread. This routine has worked really well for me & my roommate in the past. I am going to start working out more hardcore this week, I'll keep ya posted

I run about 2 miles a day on my treadmill 4 days a week and I do pilates for an hour 3 days a week. I also do a ton of walking durning my lunch hour and for about 30 min. before school.

at heat the meat...my exercise plan is a yoga class once or twice a week, that's it. It's beginner's yoga, too, because I've never really followed an exercise plan, but wanted to try something. I pretty much eat whatever I want, but it's all healthy, and I love to cook homemade meals.

zippo exercise for me... I'm a lazy bum, I hate doing anything that involves strenuous activity. I take gym class in school twice a week if that counts but other than that exercise is not in my vocab

Well, I work in the fitness field, so am active during the day teaching classes and doing personal training. On my own, though, I do a five-mile run six mornings a week, and then in the afternoons I fit in about an hour workout everyday, circuit or nautilus every other day, and spot training with free weights on the others. I also try to swim two or three days a week. I usually go tanning after my afternoon workout; I think it helps me get darker!

i find that if i don't exercise, my mood swings lower. it's also a nice way to start the day and have energy when i get to work rather than come to work half asleep needing coffee. i alternate between lifting weights and doing some cardio (mostly treadmill) every other day. there are tons of great exercise programs out there. but it takes a long time to find out what works best for you. i'm still experimenting. i wish i could build muscle playing the playstation.

I bought the Tony Little Gazelle off the walmart website and it's the best investment I ever made. Granted Tony Little is truly annoying but the machine is wonderful. I have reoccuring back problems and I have to avoid high/low-impact cardio and this does the trick. There is no strain on my back or knees, its very quiet and folds up in a snap. I got mine for under $100. When I went to visit a friend for a week I folded down my seats and took it with me. Couldn't have lost the 30 lbs without it
