Nope, they don't really work. If you want help with augmentation, though, you came to the right place, a ton of us have had implants!

If you'll pay for the surgery.. I'll get lipo and donate the stuff they suck out to your boobies!
I'd also like a lift while you're at it....
:)
Even as young as I am.. once you pass DD those suckers are HEAVY

:lol::lol: My fellow mommy, truer words were never spoken!!!!!
Mine are out of control right now.
My dear blondie (like the name by the way;)) if those creams worked, implants wouldn't be so incredibly popular.
If you really want bigger breasts and think they'd work with your figure (like, hopefully you don't weigh 99lbs and want DDD implants,) then you could start looking for Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in your area who specialize in augmentation.
Like Bonnie said, a ton of the girls on this board have them (and I will be joining them in about 10 years when I'm done making babies).
Of course it's a huge desicion that should be thought of and carefully decided, but this is a fantastic place to ge info!

Sheesh! I know!!! I remember after my son was born trying on DD bras and they were SO small on me. I thought, how is the massive bra NOT BIG ENOUGH?!?!?
I went into Mimi Maternity to buy nursing bras back in December (when I was about 12 weeks along) and I told the sales girl I needed an F (the sizes there go A B C D DD E F) and she looks at my boobs and says "You don't look that big....." I looked at her like she was stupid and said "Yeah. My MILK hasn't come in yet." Of course they didn't have any F's so whatever. It just cracked me up that she thought she knew!! I have my kid in the stroller so obviously I've done this befrore!!! :)

I want 'em too and my only hope for right now are the gel curve bras from VS! :) Money is the only issue right now. I know who my plastic surgeon will be, the same one who did the work on my nose without a doubt in my mind. The time for that is waaaaaaaaaay away from now.
There are lots of ladies on here who can help you out a lot if you are looking to have surgery done. They are very knowledgable and helpful!

birth control!!! My boobs grew on it, my sisters went from Cs to DDs. Both of us got a growth spurt in our boobs when we first started, and we both switched formulas a few times. Some made 'em grow, some didn't. Now I'm off it and I still have my Bs (I was barely an A before) and my sister switched back to a different formulation and went back to Cs.
But yeah play around with BC I swear, one of them should work for ya!

Well, I've never been pregnant so I'm scared to see what mine look like when it finally happens. My first bra was a C cup in the 4th grade.
Today I have on a DDD and my cup runneth over... big time. I REFUSED to go up another cup size. I'm about to have to though. I was getting higher numbers around to accomodate, but that's really not working anymore. You should see me on the elliptical :D

E = DD
F = DDD (but adding more d's just sounds better to me instead of stepping up the ladder in the alphabet) haha i'm a dork.. i know
So I guessthat makes me a G or GG or H or .. heck I don't even KNOW what comes next. I guess I'm about to find out though.
Serious about that surgery offer :D

switch formulas, I swear. The first I went on was Alesse and it made my boobs grow. Then I switched and nothing. Then I switched again and they grew again. That one was Levora/Levlen.
Both of those have Levonorgestrel as the form of progestin in it. My sister said one that made hers grow was desogen, which has desogestrel. Maybe the one you're on has a progestin that doesn't work that way for you but another would I dunno.

My growth spurt into hot bras was from Ortho Tri Cyclen. Nobody would consider it a spurt except for me. I went on birth control around the time the water bra became popular. Sooooo. My barely A, became a prominent A then onto a B. For 100 lbs, 5'4, to me those were some knockers. I have been stuck and I do mean STUCK in a 32B since then. I gained 25lbs last year and went to a 34B to accomodate the AROUND part!!!!!!!!!!! NO gain in the boob department, just all around. D--- IT! I lost it and back down to a 32B again.
Me and 32B don't get along. It's a pain in the a-s to find a decent bra in that size since either the store doesn't stock that many or there are many other girls out there with that same size. It's a pain to find a bikini top that doesn't pooch out in the middle and bottoms that fit. If I could take my bottom part-my legs and butt and put some of that in my boobies, I would be doing alright! lol.

I would have guessed it's estrogen that causes swelling in the breasts- it did for me. I take Depo Provera (have for years) which is Progesterone ONLY, and eventually I started getting pre-menopausal symptoms from being so low on estrogen. The dr. put me on Estradiol, which is 1mg of estrogen / day, and my boobs swelled up a full cup size. I was ecstatic! I did some research and found out estrogen is responsible for a "womanly" figure (ie: brings out the curves - makes the breasts swell). But alas, it was a temporary effect and I eventually had to stop taking the estrogen because other health issues came up. My breasts went right back to how they were before. :(
As far as pregnancy, I went from a perky B to a FULL D cup when I was pregnant, but unfortunately, swelling up that large and then going back to normal size post-pregnancy does more damage than good to the breasts (at least it did for me).
As some of you know I'm having a lift and augmentation in April... it was a tough decision (there are so many more responsible things I could do with that money!!!), but I know it's the only way I'll be happy with my body again. I really believe it will be worth it. :)

Not sure if that is you in your avatar or a random picture. If that is you in your avatar picture, looks like you are okay in the boob department. I tried looking on your Myspace acct for more pictures but it says it is deleted. If you are serious, go to a board certified surgeon for a consult, no creams or gimmicks.

Like Bonnie mentioned, there are several of us here that have implants (myself included), so feel free to ask us any questions if this seems like an option you are interested in. :) I am so happy I had the surgery. I went from a 32 small B to a 32 small D and almost a year later, I still wake up happy every day that I can wear certain things that I couldn't before.

While I don't need assistance in the boob department (I wear a 36F) my smaller breasted friends use those chicken cutlet things to get an extra boost. They seem to work really well, they look nice and natural, and they're pretty cheap. You're only 18, I think you should wait a few years before deciding on implants.

LOL....Some of my best breast looking moments were from having babies. I was a 36 DD...LOL
Seriously, though. I went for a consult recently to see about some implants because having kids really deflated my boobies after breast feeding and loosing the weight.
I was told I had to get a slight lift, but when I saw the procedure for this and the many scars that are included, I opted not to get them.
I am hoping they develop a less medival way of doing a lift soon because I really want some big boobies again. LOL

That's exactly the situation I'm in, and I'm going for it... did they show you how nicely the scars heal over time? To me, even if they are slightly visible, it's worth it to be perky and full again. I can see where others might not feel that way, though. At first, when he told me I needed the lift, I was really disappointed and hesitant- I had to think about it for a while... but I knew it was either that or just live with them how they are now, and I have NOT been happy living with them for the last 5 years since I breastfed... It's a personal decision- you definitely have to weigh the pros and cons...

LOL, pregnancy does work - I went from a 34DD to a 34G, and obviously I don't even have milk yet!!!
On those pills, don't they just cause you to retain a little water? I think I've heard that before. So, your tummy could really end up just as puffy or puffier than your boobs, couldn't it?

Yeah mine are sad after my baby. Big does not equal sexy if they are saggy (just my personal opnion). They still look good in the right bra though, thank God!!
HONEY, PLEASE don't feel bad about getting your lift/augmentation!! You brought a beautiful child into the world who will grow up and contribute to society in a positive way. I think that has earned you the right to have your smokin bod back (and maybe a lil' extra in the bobbie dept)!!
By the time I'm able to afford my lift/augmentation and tummy tuck-yep, I'm getting the full Mommy Makeover after my 4th or 5th- I know I'll also have money to give to charities regularly and I'll sponsor a child.
I think what's important is generousity in general. You don't have to give all your money away or spend it all on responsible things. Besides, doing something that will give you confidence AND make you feel sexier in the bedroom sounds responsible to me!!!

I couldn't agree more that it is a very personal decision and not one to be made lightly. Howerver, you are the one that knows your body best and can determine what route will work for you. Sure, a trade off for me is that they are a little more firm than natural breasts, but I'm fine with that if it means that I'm more happy and confident in my own skin. Good luck to you, Jules!! :)

As I have gotten older I have learned to appreciate and accept the size I am. Don't get me wrong... it can be frustrating at times when trying on certain tops or bathing suits.
IMO, It's not necessarily about the size rather than the shape of your breasts and ...well.... nipples. Excuse me for being so blunt.
I guess that's the great thing about being small before getting pregnant. Nothing has started to sag or deform. Who knows what will happen with our next tho.
If I am not happy with them after that then I might opt for surgery.

I totally agree... I was fairly small before I got pregnant (a full B) but I loved my girls back then- they were shaped nicely and very perky. If they hadn't changed so much I would not be opting for surgery...
I think it's a shame when young women with nicely shaped but smaller breasts get big implants... they go from cute and natural to obviously fake. Most guys will tell you that natural is better (as long as they haven't "headed south" :Curved:).

True true true!!!!!!!!
Good Lordy I wish I could have my highschool boobs back!! Full C small D and didn't sag. {sigh}. And I was a size 4 or 6. And yes, I thought I needed to lose weight. I could kick my highschool self's booty for that!!!!
Guys DO prefer real boobs, crazy as it sounds. I even saw on TV, this girl who was going to get implants went and talked to this strip club manager (I think she was planning to work there....?) and he told her "Our customers prefer natural." WTH?!?! I was shocked. I see these teensy girls with fake DD's hanging out of their shirts and men tripping over themselves to look...so I always thought THOSE were the kind of breasts they liked the most.
I read an article saying that, visually, men are drawn to the abstract, so huge boobs WILL turn their head as it's out of the ordinary, but it doesn't mean that's their idea of the perfect woman.
Of course some prefer big, some prefer fake, yada yada. They just like boobs!! But I do agree that in general, they prefer natural breasts.
In the end though, I think any boobies on a confident woman are sexy!

Well... I got a breast augmentation last Valentines Day, and I think opinions vary. I have talked to a few people (guys in particular) who actually prefer fake boobs after they see/feel them, and I agree. I love fake boobs because they are somewhat firm, and have a perfect shape. Don't get me wrong, if I was blessed with naturally big boobs, then I'd probably love those too... LoL but I wasn't, so we've gotta do the best we can with what we've got! If you have any questions about BA, feel free to message me or something.

Yeah, that's why I said "guys like boobs". In general, it's just an area they seem to appreciate. I just know the majority of guys prefer real. I've asked a lot and seen it.
I'm still getting my lift/implants someday and I know hubby won't complain....but if he had a choice of my real boobs the way they WERE, or implanted boobs, he'd choose my real ones for sure.
