I had to share my excitement with everyone! :D I had part 2 of my nose done on Tuesday. In case anyone didn't read my last post, I had to go back and have more skin removed due to the mole being dysplastic. It sucked-I had it done originally b/c he simply didn't like the looks of it and now I see, for good reason. It hurt like a you know what esp since it was tender from having it done the first time.
I, as well as my surgeon, are very pleased with the end result!!!!!!!! I expected there to be a giant hole in my nose and a ton of other crazy scenarios in my crazy mind so I have been cranky the past few days about it expecting my nose to be all deformed. I knew better than that since my surgeon is very thorough and particular especially when it comes to the face. It looks like a cat scratch and that is about it! I have actually had cat scratches on my hands from my cat that look worse than my nose. I am soooo excited that everything turned out ok.
Anyway, I can start tanning my body only in about a month. :D:D:D:D My face will be sunless tan from now on and I am starting with a fresh slate all over which is exciting. All the bronzer spots are gone-I looked like a spotted leopard when I completely stopped tanning. It is very exciting! I absolutely cannot tan my face for a while since the line on my nose will discolor and my doctor would be some kind of PO'ed! I think he would beat me with a bat after all the work he did to make it look as good as it does. If I may say so myself. ;)
It is exciting knowing I can tan a little bit again! I don't think I will ever be able to achieve how dark I was before ever again since I am paranoid and am going to be extremely cautious both indoors and out. As long as I can go once or twice a week, that is perfectly fine with me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been looking into some good sunscreens which I thought I would never, ever do. I was so seriously anti-sunscreen-I hated wearing it!
I looked on the Maui Babe website and they have a SPF 30 to put with their browning lotion! :D
Happy dance! And I can finally say, Happy Tanning Season to everyone!!!!!!!!!!
