congrats. i lucked out too. the guy next too me is moving out next week. so they are going to renovate his place first. then once its done i can just move my stuff over to that apartment. all i have too do is go out my front door 5 feet and im there. nothing too box up and i wont have to rent a truck

I noticed a few red flags in your post about it being difficult to pay for this place along with your bills and needing to skimp on groceries.

as a reward for staying in the same complex my rents being reduced from 720.00 amonth down too 667.00 a month for the new one year lease

It will be difficult regardless where I go b/c I am a single mom taking care of 2 kids alone. Health ins has gone way up. Rent is rediculous! Milk and other food has gone up. Let's not mention gas prices. Each year it gets harder and harder for us all. Well perhaps not all of us but def single parents I suppose. You can pm me any tips.

Yes it does get harder for a lot of people, not just single parents. I'm guessing that since your raising them alone that you don't get any type of child support and I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure that your children know that they are being raised by a loving mother that is willing to make sacrifices for their happiness.

Remember the venting about the house we basically got screwed on? Well...I am so glad that we didn't get it b/c today I put a deposit on a bigger house, in a better neighborhood for only $25 more. Yabba, dabba, dooooooooooooo!! LOL! Sorry I got a bit carried away. See, it all worked out in perfect timing! I was stressing big time. My taxes even got accepted and check processed wayyy before initially expected. AMEN!!!! Things are working out. It will be extremelly difficult to pay for this place along with all the bills but I believe everything will work out. Have to conserve eletricity BIG time and skimp on the groceries. Maybe now the next thing will be Mr Right!!! :roll: I wish! Need me a good man or maybe a sugar daddy to help pay these bills :D
