look on the back of the bottle for the ingredient DIHYDROXYACETONE (dha).

emerald bay=Dark kickin' ale (it's a tingle bronzer tingle factor of 5 but it's a veeeeeery tame tingle)
Australian gold=Double dipped iced creme (very heavy bronzer)

be prepared for the stink. if you have used sunless like coppertone, etc, then you know what it smells like. you will reek until you shower it off but in 2-3 days the little extra color you got will be all gone anyway so what's the point?
