just curious, if given the opportunity to test various lotions, for marketability could you give a completely unbiased opinion?
would you be worried about trying "new" products?
which things would worry you? skin damage, streaking, or drying effects?

I would love to try new products and give my personal opinion on them as to there feel, consistency, results, ect. Streaking might worry me a little bit, but it isn't permanent and any drying effects can be combatted with a good lotion like Total Immersion.

what about tingles? would you be willing to try out new formulations?

Sure, tingles are supposed to be a great way to build and boost your tan and I would love to see what they do for me.

The only way i would be willing to test anything would be if they were from a reputable company, and didnt have any wierd stuff in them. I would want to test anything that would makes my ears and nose fall off!

I gotta admit I would be little scared of new tingles anyway

tingles don't scare me anymore... since i found out that tingle factor isnt exactly hotter it's how long you tingle. cus i've used some of the higher tingles and they weren't any warmer they just lasted longer than the lower tingles.

I tried some "new" stuff for a salon owner a few weeks ago... it turned me green. That salon owner got an email filled with 4-letter words. but, in all, most of the stuff I've tested for people I really did like a lot...

let us know how you like them! Be careful for Jet Stream. I read somewhere that it has a major tingle to it, even though it doesn't list it in the ingredients or say it on the label.

i would test them if they were a company made product. i'd be wary of trying independant lotions because i have fairly sensitive skin.

I would definitely be a tester. I love trying new lotions! I'm not afraid to turn orange or streak or whatever from a lotion.

I would test anything. DHA lotions are no problems to me, and nno DHA lotion should ever streak if you put it on correct. As for the tingles - how bad can that be? Hey, the hotter the tingle the better!!
laynie
01-23-2004, 10:27 PM
i'm not really afraid of streaking, but more so having a full body rash! haha

I would definitely be a tester. I think we are all 'testers' anyway. Everytime we buy lotions or samples we are all testing! But, no I think that would be awesome to test new products out, especially if there were no expenses!

I'd be cautious if you meant tester in terms of medical/scientific terms.... as a consumer where it is more officially approved of medically... sure!
