Hi,
I've logged in about 15 years as a Tee-shirt airbrush artist and would like to transfer my skill to this field. I'm curious about licensing or permits. Do you guys have insurance? Can someone who's been airbrushing for awhile address these issues? Thanks for your help.

As of know, since ABT is so new, there is no liscense. But, I do have insurance. Go to GLS Underwriters - found them through another messge board that deals strictly with ABT. I have a great policy, and the price is great. I have also talked to a person associated with the COsmetology Board here in Georgia. SHe feels thatit won't be long, and there will be some type of regulating. I do know that there are several sites that offer membership in them, that are nationally recognized, and that looks good being asociated with them. SO, I assume, that when regulaitons come down, that most persons involved in ABT, will probaly be "grandfathered" in. If I can be of any help, let me know. Where are you located?

Lady Morgain,
You mentioned some organizations that look good to be affiliated with. Which ones? And do you know if there are State and Federal ones? Coming from an airbrush background rather than a cosmetology one...I should probably educate myself on skin care. Thanks
