I was just wondering if i could get some basic tips on tanning....how to keep a good tan, good skincare, and anything else you can think of. Thanks a lot guys

DO: moisturize, use lotions, use eyewear
DON'T: burn to try to get darker, tan everyday

Always wear goggles to protect your night vision. Closing your eyes, using cotton balls, or putting a towel over your head do nothing to protect your eyes from UV.

Enjoy yourself, but don't go overboard (like tanning everyday for weeks on end). Always wear goggles, and keep your skin moisturized.

Moisturize, exfoliate at least once a week to remove dead skin cells, don't tan every single day, wear goggles to protect your eyes, mix it up between a bed and a stand up to keep it even and tan hard to reach places. Have fun and enjoy!

Do remember to look after your skin, i.e. tanning every other day to let your skin recover from intensity of tanning, moisturise it by tanning and after-tan lotions... keep it in top condition for ultimate tan and complexion.

Don't forget that your skin is vulnerable and important when you feel like getting intense tanning results... don't forget to put your skin first if you want a good tan!!

always use a tanning lotion and a moisturizer, and GOGGLES ARE A MUST!, never shower after using a tingler for at least an hour, don't use tingles on your face unless it is specifically a facial tingle

As far as eyeware I love winkease! You can probably get then at your salon. They are disposable and help you avoid racoon eyes!

always leave the tanning room with all your cloths on.nver talk to strangers,dont eat yellow snow . just a few sugg.

Moisturize, use a good lotion, exfoilate every week and only tan every other day. Not every day!

ALWAYS use a tanning lotion, and MOISTURIZE like crazy!
