View Full Version : HARD TO TAN LEGS... HELP!!

i am new to this whole tanning bed stuff . i have been to 6 sessions and my legs seem to be stubborn and not want to tan. i am tanning at a gym so they only have regular beds.??????

are you using lotion? do you moisturize them regularly? is the rest of you getting tan?

yes i use a lotion and the rest of me is tanning..... its just the legs that are not

i have recently tried matahari dark sexy legs and i love it my legs never have a problem tanning but i still wanted to try this product. when do u shave your legs? do u shave them after you tan? i always shower b4 i tan so i can shave and not be taking the layer of skin i just tanned off when i shave. i also shave every other day (don't know if that has anything to do with it but I personally feel it does) and if u've only done 6 sessions be paitent no need to rush things.

yes Anya is right. Tanning is a LONG SLOW process.... don't be discouraged if things aren't looking dark enough after 6 sessions.

shaving your legs speeds up the exfoliation of skin cells... and as those cells leave, they take your tan with them. Be sure to moisturize well and you may want to cut down on shaving from every day to every other day. A DHA bronzer will help to make your legs look as dark as the lest of you... I don't think you need to get into tingles yet....

no if u've only done 6 sessions i wouldn't suggest a tingle yet either.

no wait a while before using tingles, and then only use a low tingle!

I also just got the dark sexy legs and was very happy the 2X that I have used it now. It's a bit pricey but I liked it. On Sat I forgot to wipe my hands off really good and I got a few marks but they are gone now.

well if u think about it the price isnt bad since if u just use it on your legs then u will have it for awhile cus i know i don't use THAT much on my legs. i've used this lotion about 4 times and wow i've noticed a color change totally (even after the bronzer fades)
