i have only gone tanning indoors once before and need help getting started. there is only one salon in my small town so i have that covered but am confused on what lotion to use and whether to use a bed or booth. i have a medium complexion and never burn. i just need to get my tan started for the summer.

ive gone through many of them (i mean ive spent almost 4 hours staring at my comp screen. but the most info ive gotten on booths and beds are that you either stand up or lie down. is there any difference in the outcome of your tan?

Supre Rayz is the one they talked me into buying yesterday when i went for my first session. but i think in a little bit i want a mild tingle anyone have any suggestions? also how often should i go to start off?
