No. I have been reading on these. Women who are pregnant could use them, but just how much of the leg gets tanned? Looks too uncomfortable to be to useful.

well i have read that tanning isn't exactly dangerous... the heat is a main concern but if the pregnant woman talks to her doc and gets the OK she can still tan (just not when its really hot in the salon or on an piece of equiptment that gets really hot)

i am curious about the leg tanners, how effective they are and if it leaves a tan line?

We added a leg tanner from Heartland in January. It has been a tremendous asset for us. Women in particular have a huge problem with legs. Shaving will take away a certain part of your tan and makes it very difficult to maintain an even tan. The Legacy is very busy for us, would not think of opening a salon without one. They do not leave a tan line, it all sort of blends together.

i shave and i am a girl lol and my legs are usually the darkest part of my body, but then i shave b4 i tan and usually shave every other day. IF my salon got a leg machine i might try it once but i don't have a need for it.

My legs are dark enough.... if they seem to fall behind, I just use a tingle on them for a few sessions and they're back to normal. I would never use a leg tanner....

Melty, you have you remember something very important here. You are not a woman. Leg machines are built primarily for women because they shave their legs and lose some of their tan when they do. You have to look at the big picture here son.

yes I am a woman who shaves daily.... and I've never had a problem with color there.....

aside from which, I'd never want to patronize a machine sold by rude arrogant people.

one of the leg tanners found in salons is sold by an incredibly rude and arrogant salon owner on the boards.

They should make this unique bed that has really close lamps on your whole body. Like 5 holes, your arms, legs, and body with the head.

I wish my salon had a leg tanner. My legs get darker than most of my body but I love for my legs to be really dark.
