I used Figi blends Sun Tea, the other day... well my hands were orange between fingers. I know some of you like that lotion, but I wll pass
I have been using Black Tea, and had never had stains... I guess I will stick to the black tea for my non tingle lotion

I haven't experienced the Figi line of lotion, but a little secret about using DHA lotions.... Always take a wet papertowel in the room with you. Wet your hands prior to applying the lotion and then after applying it wipe them again. Also when applying bronzers/DHAs use a circular motion instead of up and down. This makes the application less likely to streak.

Another trick is to use a regular lotion on your ankles, knees and elbows before applying the DHAs. This way the dryer areas will not grab the color so much and look yucky..

I've never had staining with the Sun Tea.... in fact, I've always thought of it as a "light" bronzer because I never see ANY kind of staining when I'm fast with application.

I'm sorry that you didn't like it. It's one of my favorites.... at least you are using Black Tea which is an amazing lotion as well.

another reason not to use bronzers. it is very hard to get an even application, more when you are rushed if you only have like 4-5 minutes. i tan because i don't want to use sunless (they stink) so why use a fake stain on my skin?

I don't have too many problems with staining.... it usually only happens the 1st time I use a lotion when I don't know how heavy the bronzer is... If I have a problem with staining, then I know to be more careful when applying the next time I use it.

my ring line and the insides of my wrists are usually where the staining happens...

I really dislike being stained, it makes me not feel so good, it happens mostly around the ankles and wrists.
