sunless tanners..and the tanning bed?

Was just wondering if anyone thinks that when you are going to the tanning bed, that applying a self tanner makes you tan faster than usual. I have also heard that when you are using sunless tanning products, that the sun doesn't get to you nar as well?? Anyone heard anything or know forsure?

Personally, sunless tanner has not made me tan faster. The only way a sunless tanner will block any UV is if you apply sunless tanner with SPF the exact same day you are out in the sun and you haven't taken a shower after applying it. Alot of people make the mistake of thinking sunless will protect them from UV, and they end up getting burned.
