well everyone can be a jerk at times but from what i've seen not all salon owners are very nice to tanners.

I agree some are very rude and disrespectful to their customers...
But then there's owners like me who LOVE my customers and appreciate them each and every day!!!

that's great!! my salon appriciates their customers but we don't have an owner there since it's a chain and no one from the coporate office comes in very often

My salon owner is generally very nice. I would not go to a salon where they were rude. THere are too many salons out there to put up with that crap.
