Hi all love this board, and now that is said i have went to the tanning bed eight times. I have a nice base tan going on. But i want to up the lotion to the next step maybe with a tingle in it. Maybe even with a tingle and bronzer. What would be a good one. And if i use a bronzer is that most of your tan you get are does that just help out some. Thanks

What are you currently using and what brands does your salon sell?

depends on what kind of tingle and bronzer you would prefer.

I was using AG dark tanning accelerator and my cousin just gave me a bottle of EB dark tanning spray. But i think im ready to advance and would like to go tingle. MY salon carries not much so i dont have much of a choice but she carries some AG and EB and SB.

You would need to start out with a low tingle and advance your way through higher tingles. SB makes a great starter tingle called Zinger.

Dark Kickin' Ale by EB has a tingle and bronzer. I don't think the tingle in DKA is very high, it says level 5.

I used Half Baked and I got really great color from it. I got real hot from it which I love. The only thing that I have noticed along w/ other clients is once you get towards the end of the bottle it becomes very runny. It still gives good color but can get a little messy if your not careful. It's kinda fun getting to "shake it up" when you buy the bottle and the hemp seed bracelet is an added bonus!

Half Baked, what is the scent? I"ve used some of Fiesta Sun's products, I think Half Baked included, but most of them smelled like grape bubblegum to me.

I didn't care for the products I tried.

the scent...it's been a couple months since I used it. From what I can remember it was kind of a spicy coffee smell, but definetly not grape bubble gum.

You don't have to use a tingle to darken your tan. Swedish Beauty makes an excellent lotion--Swedish Hemp Creme-- which sells for $26 and gives excellent results. I have an awesome dark tan and I rarely use tingle.

Many of their lotions smell like grape bubble gum. I have the chart here somewhere. I'll have to dig around to found it and review.

Any of the Elements from CT are absolutely amazing...depending on if you like bronzers or not, i've tried the two without and they were great, hot hot tingle though!

Swedish Hemp Creme really gave me that extra boast in color. So did Green Tea and Black Tea. Helix is great also but it def costs more then the others I listed thats why I dont use it all the time.
