New Tanner

I just bought a tanning package and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a step one tanning lotion. There are so many out there, it is hard to choose from!

well tell us about your skin.... what would u prefer? no bronzer? do you have oily break out prone skin? how many sessions have you used? and are you using moisturizer?

yes i am really new at tanning, but dang i am looking good, i am trying to get rid of my farmers tan

nothing worse than a farmer's tan.

Worse than a farmers tan is that awful sock line tan.......it usually gets me every year!!!!!

my brothers always get sock lines lol i don't think i've ever had one (since i pretty much hate shoes and socks... can ya tell i was born down south lol)

I will wear tennis shoes and socks all spring....then when it gets warmer and I pull out sandals....eeewwwwww..... ...sock lines!!!!!!

Maybe if I got in a tanning be a little more frequently I wouldn't have that problem

i've been wearing sandles since there was no snow i was stepping in lol and now i have my new nifty sequined strapped flip flops (bought'm at kohls for 10 bucks apiece) i'm acutally gonna wear my light blue ones tonight i am going out and wearing a pretty light blue blouse with flaired sleeves and my shoes will match (yes i am a HUGE dork)

ANya... that is great about them flip flops. I just moved and my bf counted how many flip flops I had and well... it was more than he could count on his toes and fingers HAHA

But as far as the question goes, I like ambrosia. It always gets me a great golden base tan in which I can build a darker tan on with no prob

I hate that line. That's why now I wear flip flops(still get that strap line) or sandals. Either way it's bad.

Yeah, farmer tans are bad, and so are sock line tans. What about "watch line" tans? I really hate those
