Since I work in the fitness field, my job keeps me in good shape, but I also do stomach crunches when I get up, do a 4-5 mile run, and then usually about an hour of circuit or weight training in the afternoons. I also try to swim whenever I can! (By the way, I tan AFTER I workout; it's relaxing and I think boosts the color!)

I walk over 5 miles every day. I don't diet to lose weight but I have lost 17 pounds over the last 3 weeks just by walking! It sure feels good now that when I see people they tell me that I am looking good with the weight that I have lost! All that sweating is paying off!!

I started Tae-Bo this week-end, that's quite a work-out! Much harder than the pilates but it is more fun!
I'll do cardio sessions (treadmill) first thing in the morning for 20 minutes, 3 times a week (spread out) and I hit the weights four days on, three days off. (summer maintenance schedule...in the gym Monday through Thursday, and I'll have Fri-Sun off.)

walking is okay, its better than nothing, but the experts say running is best for you, it gets your heart pumping and the blood flowing

Do I really have to tell what I do for excercise? I exercise at least every other day, sometimes more.

I used to go to the gym, but I got really bored with that. I want to build muscle but do not know how and the people at the gym are kinda' crappy about helping people. I wish I never joined. I did order The Firm though, and I will be starting it, this monday. I still have that after preganancy baby fat to get rid of. Only 25lbs., but man it sure is difficult getting the last of it off. Your body seems to just want to hold on to that extra fat storage, and it just fights you all the way. I just want to be 135-140 again. I am tall too about 5'10". Most people find it hard to believe that I am that overweight...lol I just tell them I hide my belly well.

Surfing, of course! (the web, that is). I bought a yoga set yesterday and am going back to get the Pilates too. But somehow in the middle of the night last night, I damaged my knee and it is killing me today. (Must have been that hot dream I was having).

Do a one-hour workout at a fitness center 4-5 times a week. Do a good deal of walking at the local high school track in the spring and summer months.

I run all the time. Oh, and cheerlead too. Sounds like it's nothing, but stunting is HARD! Especially when you're always a base, and have to lift girls almost equal in size to yourself about six-seven feet in the air for two and a half hours. ::yawn:: Makes me tired and sore just thinking about it.

I go to the gym. I used to do the step aerobics class and body works 3 time a week but got bored with that and did not see the results I wanted. I have just started with one of the trainers one day a week and will do the same routine on my own twice a week.

I walk/run on my treamill every day,or at least 5 days a week. I swim in the lake, and pool alot in the summer months. I ride bike with my sister, and Mom alot in the spring, and fall. And every now and then I trade the treadmill for a step aerobic video. This all stareted about a year ago ...lol my answer a year ago would have been "going upstairs ,and down during the day" lol

I follow the lifting workouts designed by the true greatest bodybuilder of all time, Dorian Yates. And I also do the Denise Austin aerobics in the morning on Lifetime. She's a cheeser but I love her!

Work out? I don't! LOL
Well, I have a couple of exercises called "Bend and lift toddler", "remote control arm curl" and "open mouth, insert food". There's also "toddler chase" which is effective for the legs.

Aaah YEAH!! No work out could be any harder. Being somewhat of the full-time babysitter I am; I can definitely tell you that there is no work out that could beat it!
