Some people get brown streaks on their hands if they use a bronzer product...
I suggest bring one of those moist towelettes with you, to wipe in between the fingers and palms...

Or wipe your hands real good with a towel if your salon provides one.

I used a bronzer today for the firs time (spiked butter) and wiped off any access in the room and then washed my hands when I got home and didn't have a problem what so ever..good luck

My salon also has a restroom and face wipes where you can go in and take your makeup off if you would like.

bronzebabe, I wish I was at your salon. It would be convenient for my salon to provide the wipes, but I bring my own because I only use heavy bronzers that stain my hands. Cherry Bon Bon is very dark and always will stain my hands if I don't wipe them.

if you use a bronzer and the salon does not provide wet ones you can buy little travel packs of baby wipes and keep them in your tanning bag

I just use the towel that they provide and wipe it off... you just have to be careful to get in between your fingers and the insides of your wrists...

Something to think about....BEFORE applying a bronzer you should wipe your hands with a wet wipe or use a moisturizer. Your skin is like a sponge and once a sponge has already absorbed something the remainder will run off. So if you soak up those dry places on your palms and inbetween your finger before applying lotion not so much of the bronzer will sink in causing the streaking and then wipe after applying just to make sure. By doing this I have never had even the heaviest bronzers stain my hands.

Good tip, Teresa. That's one I know about, but always forget to practice.

at least with applying my facial lotion first my hands arent that dry (since i usually rub the excess into my hands)

Teresa you took the words out of my mouth. The sponge is a great visualization. The only place I've had trouble with a bronzer would be the webs of my fingers but the baby wipes are an excellent solution

I CARRY BABY WIPES TO CLEAN THE BRONZERS OFF THE PALMS OF MY HANDS!
