What are some homemade scrubs made out of only things in the kitchen? I'm very intersted in hearing your recipes!!

I posted one the other day using sugar and olive oil. I added some Biosilk just for smell, but it isn't necessary. The scrub worked really well too! i was impressed with myself. LOL

what is this for? exfoliating? if so i am going jto try it,what combo did you use? like how much of each,then what just plop it on your skin? well don't mean to sound so stupid,

Yes, it is for exfoliating. I used about 2 tablespoons of sugar and probably about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. I just kind of poured some in. I mixed it with my finger before putting it on. Just plop it on and gently rub. Then rinse! And you didn't sound stupid at all!

thanks, I just bought olive oil the other day and used it in the tanning bed but it would probaby be better for a scrub. I'm defintely trying this!

This is what i used to use on my feet.... cut a lemon in half.... dip on sugar and rub on your soles, and whole foot... keep dipping in the sugar. it worked really good.

Laven, I used your recipe. I love it! It was alittle rough but I liked that.It really works and my skin was soft not oily.My new exfoliating recipe.

Mine is similar to the olive oil, but I like baby oil and sugar!!!

I always just use plain old sugar in the shower for my whole body and face when I am broke. Works real well. Love it.

Im gonna try this sugar scrub out. Can I use brown sugar with olive oil instead of reg sugar? Same thing right?
