Has anyone tried dry brushing? You use a natural bristle body brush and just every day before bathing you brush your whole body in circular motions from the bottom up. This is a great way get rid of dead skin cells and it also helps with cellulite and toning. I also use an exfoliating body wash every other day and then moisturize with your favorite products. This routine has really gotten rid of ALL the dry skin and this dry brushing feels GREAT!

Ouch! Sounds painful! LOL I have such sensitive skin, this would be a no-no for me. I even have to be careful using my exfoliating mitt.

Dry brushing really doesn't hurt you have to use an All Natural Bristle Brush, they look like bath brushes and you apply as much pressure as you want. Whenever my 4 year old daughter sees the brush come out, she comes running....she loves the way it feels so I just gently do her with it and she thinks she's one of the "big" girls. I just love doing it cause it keeps that dead layer of skin off and it's great for the circulation which I guess is why they say it helps with toning your skin.

Is the brush bristles real soft or hard? It sounds painful if it is hard. But it sounds kinda cool if the brush was like soft bristles, something that I will look into.

I have very soft skin so I don't know if I could take it! It's a really good idea though, it must work well

I still haven't tried this. It seems like it would be great, but my skin is soooo sensitive. I might have to try it though, just to see.
