If it reads start/stop then, yes, you can (not sure if the TMax 3A's have been redesigned and which ones your salon has). But is there not a switch on the bed itself?

It is part of the health code here in Texas that each client be informed as to how to turn the equipment off.

I honestly don't think the T-MAX can be stopped. If it can be I haven't figured it out yet.

We have the 3A's with the keypad, others have an actually button you press, but I know little about them.

Only one person here has cut his bed off using the 3A stop button, and then got mad cause he could not restart. Not sure if that is how it is suppose to work, but I did RE-educate him on how to use the switch on the bed itself. He was a very hyper guy and only heard half of what I told him anyway. Issues, issues...

I USED TO HAVE SPRING TIMERS, PURCHASED T-MAX 3A FOR ALL MY ROOMS. THE ELECTRICTION , MOUNTED THESE TIMERS OUT FRONT AT MY STATION. THEN RUN THE WIRE TO THE BED. HE THEN RUN A PLAIN SPEAKER WIRE, FROM THE BED TO A WALL SWITCH IN EACH ROOM. WHEN A CUSTOMER COMES IN, I SET HIS TIME (SAY 20 MIN.) THEN PUSH THE START BUTTON. I HAVE PROGRAMED THE TIMERS WITH A SHORT DELAY BEFORE THEIR TIME ACTUALLY STARTS TO COUNT DOWN. THIS GIVE THEM TIME TO APPLY LOTION. WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS READY, HE FLIPS THE WALL SWITCH, AND THE BED LIGHTS AUTOMATELY START. IF HE DECIDES TO END HIS SESSION SHORT, ALL HE DOES IS FLIP THE WALL SWITCH OFF. THEN I RESET IT FOR THE NEXT PERSON. THE T-MAX 3A ALONE IS JUST A TIMER, AND THE WALL SWITCH IS THE OFF AND ON. NEW MODEL HAS RAISED BUTTONS AND RUN ABOUT $100. EA., I GOT A DEAL ON LAST YEARS MODEL (FLAT BUTTONS) FOR $79. EA.

By pushing the start/stop button on the 3A times you can start and stop your bed, but the time continues to run once it is started whether the bed is running or not.
