I am currently using a Gillette Sensor triple blade because I love the closeness...and I used to always use shaving gel till I used shower gel once and it gave me a really close shave.

I use the venus. I love it. I used my dad's disposible all through high school and I'd never go back. I like shave gel because it foams so well.

I use shower gel it goes on fast and gives you a close shave

I have both the gillette sensor triple blade and the double blade. I can't use the triple. It's like I'm scraping skin off or something. I use shaving gel most of the time, but when I run out, I use shower gel. There is an excellent shaving cream available, but I can't post the name. It's for delicate areas and leaves your skin feeling great.

we can't post names? how come we can say gilette but not the brand of shave gel? I'm confused about the rules of brand posting?

sunbunny
06-18-2003, 01:34 PM
It's because of the name of the shower cream. It doesn't have anything to do with the rules of posting. The name would probably offend someone.

I use Schick Intuition and Gilette Mach 3. Prefer the former usually.

I use Venus too....I like it, it seems to work nice for me.....I wish the replacement blades werent so expensive though

DarkNDazed15

BabyJem is right about how they are to expensive.

I use some the Mach 3... I like men's razors better than women's because you get a closer shave. I used to use the special shaving foam stuff, but it's so expensive and doesn't last long, so I switched to just using my hair conditioner. It definitely leaves the skin soft and moisturized! Teehee!

I dont shave my legs...or anything else either.....wax legs and the rest has been removed with LHR..........

I dont think there is anything wrong with a man who chooses to shave/wax his legs...or anything else he may prefer to keep smooth and hair free...some men look rather sexy with no hair on their legs and if they have wild eyebrows or a unibrow..then waxing is a MUST!!!

The closest shave i have ever gotten is with baby oil and a venus razor. it was soooo smoothe. Any girls out there have any tricks for getting the bikini area smooth?

If you shave, there's a special shaving cream who's name I can't post. The label comes off, so you can peel it off if you wish. This stuff really is excellent, especially if you sensitive skin.

A bushwhacker!! LoL...j/k. I use disposable razors right now but have been thinking about trying out one of the new razors I have been hearing so much about...the ones with the gel stuff...

I just bought the Emjoi classic Hair Removal - Once you remove the hair from "everywhere" it's supposed to last 4-6 weeks. It seems to work pretty well - I just have a little new growth it's been about a month.

I use the Intuition. I love that thing!
Travis and Queenboi...Please do tell about the eyebrow thing! Mine are nasty and tweezing is just not cuttin it! No pun intended
Mach III Turbos are THE BOMB! I used one the night before I went into labor and the maternity nurse commented on my smooth legs! No joke! Mach III Turbo and Nivea Men's Shave Cream for Sensitive Skin.

I use the Noxema triple blade disposables. I'm always changing brands though. LOL. I want to try the Intuition next. HATED the Venus. For shaving cream, I ONLY use Kiss My Face Moisture Shave. Nothing else even comes close, that is the best stuff I've ever used!

The KMF Moisture Shave is the best! I use it too! Well, actually I snag it from my husband, then use it

Hands down the Intuition is the best! It saves so much time, especially if I'm running late in the morning. But, if I don't have that, I stick with a Mach 3 and my hubby's KMF Moisture Shave.

Yea, intuition is a pretty awesome razor!!

I use a Gillette Sensor triple blade. the refills are kinda high priced, but the shave is just too good, and one blade lasts a while for me. I use shower gel,or hair conditioner to shave with. the conditioner really akes my legs soft, and the shave is close. But every now ,and then I buy a shaving cream for women ...cause they smell so good, and its a change, but i find that the shaving creams never do work better then anything else....like shower gel, funny. I baught one now with aloe in it,just for the aloe, and smell hehe.

Where do you get that Kiss my face moisture shave?

mtee
07-20-2003, 10:01 PM
I use left over hair conditioner. Seems that I always have that left over. I read about it somewhere and it really works well for me. I use a cheap disposable razor whatever the store brand was, think maybe rite aid. I shave about every other day.

I buy double blade throw-aways from the DOLLAR TREE (only $1 for 12) which works great for me because my hair is fine. And I use conditioner or dove body wash (moisterizing) I hate the venus because of the wires wrapped around it ~ they hold onto hair (ouch). I also have a ladies electric razor, which is great if you need to shave and dont have much time (you can do it dry) + it is good for bikini area. Also, I used my boyfriends electric face razor on my legs.. OMG, they were so smooth!

I use the wilkinson protector as I have a tendency to cut my ankles and this blade has wires across the blades to stop you accidently cutting yourself and to date I haven't, also any ladies shaving gel with moisturiser

I get it from their website, but you can usually also find all kinds of Kiss My Face products at natural food stores, like Whole Foods, or Wild Oats.

i just used the intuition and it leaves your legs feeling very smooth, but the one thing thats bad about it is you can't tell where you have shaved and where you haven't because it doesn't foam like most shaving gels do.

I use a purple Venus spa razor and gillette satin care shave gel.

Alot of women like using mens razors and using hair conditioner or body wash to shave with. Ive never tried that but alot seem to like that method.
