I know alot of you on here support buying it from the salon you go to. But what if your salon only sells AG and Emerald BAy products. Im using the AG and i dont think its helping very well. And im not rich so i cant just buy and buy till i find the right one. But where is a good place to buy besides your salon if they dont carry hardly anything. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried any of the EB products? They're less expensive and I've had some good results from them. Where in Ohio are you from?

I like the EB lotions as well. Especially for the price. The salon I tan at the most doesn't have a large selection of lotions either. We have another package at another salon for the standup, and I buy my lotions there. I know I'm lucky, because their prices are extremely reasonable. And I buy lots of samples of different lotions before I buy a whole bottle of one lotion. Try checking at another salon and see if they have more of a selection.

Ok but I didnt think this would be a problem seeing as this is a Tanners site not a salon owners site. Also iamtan dosent sell lotions.

this is a tanner's message board but it was created by a salon owner, so out of respect for him I would prefer not posting links to online lotion sites.

is that straight from the owners of the site or only your personal view on the matter?

I live in a little hick town so everything is so expensive around here i am one of those people who have to save up. I used AG dark tanning accelerator which salon owner said was good i like the smell but dont see much results. But maybe i can get her to order some more so i have some different choices. Thanks again.

Ask her to order some samples of different lotions. She may not, but it won't hurt to try. But I like EB. I have almost the entire line, save one that I traded.

believe it or not, chunn and solid have been very open to our suggestions and opinions. they have left it pretty much up to the tanner-moderators to decide how to handle these sensitive topics. Ironically, although Chris, Angela, and I do not always get along well, we UNANIMOUSLY agree that to post links to those sites is inappropriate. We have had such a wonderful beginning at this site. I hate to see this topic get ugly.

if you would like to try to persuade us otherwise, please PM us. We are always open to suggestions and opinions.

I have been known to buy lotions from other salons if they have something I want to try that we don't carry & can't get from our distributer.I don't like to sell bottles to customers w/out them first buying a sample.I wouldn't buy a bottle without first trying it.We will special order anything we can get from our distributer for a customer if they prepay.
