Mega Bed that Molds to Your Body?

I saw a commercial for a tanning salon yesterday.... it showed a bed that once you lay in it, it molds to your body (therefore no tan lines, and pure comfort) hmmm has n e one ever used this bed???

never even heard of it. i have seen some with molded acrylics instead of flat ones, that's about it.
