do you try to tan your feet? or does your tan stop at your ankles? What about your hands?

I always apply lotion to the tops and sides of my feet... I hate when they look lighter than my legs. (freak I know)

I always tan my feet, except when I am laying on my back, I put a towel to protect my heels from burning (they are so sensitive)...

I tan my feet, I think they look awesome with a pretty polish to set the color off. I wear a toe ring too, have for about 8 years now.

I went to Venice Beach,CA the summer of '92 & they had people out there at the shops who would cram a solid toe ring on your toe if you purchased one.My friend & I went around watching people have it done to find one that didn't seem to inflict as much pain while they did it. I bought a very thin 14k gold one that has never been taken off.
I don't know if I could even get it off.I love it.A permanent toe ring.I haven't met anyone else w/one in this part of the country.I wonder if they still do that out there.

Mine is permanent as well, like I said 8 yrs now....I did have to take it off when preg. with 4 yr old took about an hour and a bottle of lotion.
I put it right back on when she was about a week old

I have a permanent toe ring too. I got mine in Maui a long time ago. But I am a dancer and at one point the ring was cutting my toe and Windex and a little pulling gets it right off! My ring is now happily back on my toe and I love it!

I always try to tan the tops of my feet. Whenever I'm not at work I'm ALWAYS in sandals so I'm pretty much obsessive about it!

I also like my feet tan i wear a toe ring on each foot, and ALWAYS have my toes polished (can't stand naked feet)i've had my toe rings on for almost 3 years

I cannot cannot cannot get my feet to tan. I have even lifted them up to the bulbs while I am tanning. All it has done is tightened stomach and butt up a little LOL. Even lotions with DHA don't help. I have tried just tingle on my feet too. Anyone have any suggestions?

have u flipped over? maybe in an upgrade bed or some bed that the canopy isn't so close u can try bending your knees so that your feet are really close to your butt... since the bed is warmer in the middle, maybe that will make a difference. do you moisturize your feet really well? i know i keep my feet as moisturized as the rest of me

I dont have problems tanning my feet but I do make sure I load my feet with lotion. For those who do have problems getting their feet tanned ( same with the legs) the owner of the salon I go to tells clients who have leg/feet "issues" to lay with their legs down where the facials are and also suggests for those who can stand it, a tingle lotion.

I get great color on my feet. They look great with my bubblegum sparkly pink nail polish. I would love to have a permanent toe ring! Too cool! I didn't realize they even made those! I do wear the regular type toe rings and anklets and having nice, pretty tan feet makes them look better!

pink? i'm all about sally hansen nail prisims (since it depends how u look at the nail to see different colors) and while we are talkina bout showing off our feet i just bought two pairs of flip flops from Kohls they have sparklie straps and reaaaaaally show off tan feet (and silver toe rings)

I used to hate pink anything. i have recently taken a liking to it though. It looks good against my skin and hair. Plus, I like looking feminie. *batting eyelashes*

LOL yes that we do (toe rings anklets nail polish and strappy sandals) i bought a couple pairs of flip flops at kohls tonight they were on sale they have sequined straps i bought a white pair and a light blue pair. i'm all about the flip flopsi love wearing barely there "shoes"

I had pale, pale feet a couple weeks ago, but i took everyone's advice on the board and started using a tingle on my feet, and now they are getting brown! I too wear toe rings... one on my right foot and two on my left. The rings are silver which compliment a nice tan, and then i have a turqouise and silver anklet on my right ankle. As for nail polish, i wear "silver metal".... i think it really stands out against the tan, and goes well with the toe rings!

i just bought another toe ring thursday and the next time my aunt has a jewlery show i will be buy another the toe rings i get are made by albert konder they do like a mary kay thing and their reps come to your house with a ton of jewlery. i like their toe rings cus they are durable since i am usually barefoot they take a bit of a beating. sorry to get off topic but i love the toe rings i get from them. but i will be going out tomorrow night so i will be showing off my feet with my sequinned flip flops and toe rings

i have 3 at the moment (i have one put away cus it doesn't fit on my other toes) but i plan on getting a couple smaller ones to fit on other toes. has anyone tried the illusion toe rings?? i bought one but i can't really wear it cus it doesn't fit on any toe besides my big toe (it's too big) i guess that happens when i have skinny toes.

My feet are very tan. My feet and legs are my tannest body parts. I have trouble getting a tan on my hands probably because I wash them so much. I've been moisturizing my hands and arms with JA sunless tannner trying to get a little more color.

My feet are tanned, they look better with toenail polish and toe ring if they are tanned.

I make sure when I use the stand up to lift my feet up....my feet are tan, like my hands, but not as tan as say my back.
