how do you care for your skin?

I use a shower gel every day while showering... I moisturize using Fully Loaded twice daily.... and I exfoliate once a week using a sugar scrub .

i use shower gels (right now i am using total submerssion) i moisturize a couple times a day i just bought that neutrogena body oil (not a mineral oil based body oil)my other moisturizers are swedish beauty's moisturizer with hemp and cal tan's total immersion. and i exfoliate every few weeks i have those exfoliating gloves (man they roooooooock) or i use some stuff my mom got from mary kay.

I use a milk and honey body wash cream when I shower. I'm using cocoa and shea body butter right now to moisturize a couple times a day. I exfoliate about once a week or so.

I exfoliate at least once a week but usually twice using a body brush. Gets rid of old dead skin that we shed daily. I also moisturize with Fully Loaded which I love.

Exfoliating more than once every 7 to 10 days may irritate new cell growth, not to mention removing the tan you've worked so hard for! May want to cut back on that...

Right now I shower using a shower cream, which is moisturizing. I then use a moisturizer twice a day, either Radical Rain or AG Tan Extender. For my face I use Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer or Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E Creme.

I always use a good seaweed soap with a very soft loofah. Use Angel or Sauve Naturals to moisturize, and for my face I use Estee Lauder's Idealist Skin Refinisher. My regimine is pretty simple, nothing to extreme. I do go to the spa from time to time for a good, cleansing facial, but that's about it.

I use a shower creme every day, exfoliate with one of those gloves about once a week or so. To moisurize, I have Hempz, Creme de Peche, and this cool stuff I found at Walmart called Skin Milk. Works well and has a sweet smell to it. I like it.

I use Mary Kay body care. Buffing cream about once a week and then cleansing gels and lotions from the spa collection. I do use a special tanning moisturizer, something I learned from this site and I do really like it, i think it is called Body Quench made by Shark Bite.

I exfoliate about every 7-10 days with Shameless Skin Smoothing Scrub in Pomegrante (I'm sure you know that by now), and I use and Oil of Olay body wash with a loofah. I take a bath the days I do not tan, and I shave. I moisturise with Avon A,C,E vitamin complex body lotion twice a day. I wash my hair every other day, but now that it's summer, I'll be wahing it everyday with Moisture Maniac by Bed Head.

I use St. Ives Swiss Vanilla body wash with my mesh puff and once a week I exfoliate with St. Ives Apricot scrub (though I like to test out other products). I moisturize after my morning shower and before bed with Cat's PJs and rub in Burt's Bees foot creme before slipping on my socks. I use Neutrogena's Foaming Face wash twice a day and moisturize with St. Ives oil free in the am and Avon's Anew Clinical and Eye Serum in the pm.
