I am in desperate need of one.... I am a very easy-going person.... I never get too ruffled....

but my body rebels and takes my stress out in my traps and shoulders. ow ow ow.

I need an hour on my neck and shoulders alone.

I hold my stress in the same area (neck, shoulders, upper back). I go about once a year & want to go more. It is soooo worth it - go for it! Have also found that stretching the area some every day helps.

I think I live in the massage therapist capital of the world. We have shem because of all the tourist here in Orlando.

My neck and shoulders always feel tight and achey, and since I don't go get a massage, I love the home massagers you can get, and I've just bought a Full Body Massage Mat which I really LOVE!! My Lower back also hurts alot, so I love to concentrate the heat and massage there too

That's cool,Ducky! Those expensive built in massager chairs are great, tooI sat in one at the oxygen bar & was surprised how much it felt like a person doing it.I've gotten a few massages & the last one left me sore for about a week.Felt like I slept wrong on my neck.Haven't had one except from the chair since.

I get a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck too. I'll be getting some shortly! (don't want to go to work tomorrow, don't want to go shopping today). The only thing that works for me is having someone massage the tension away. I don't have any luck with home massagers. I want a neck and shoulders massage and then about 30 minutes done on my feet!

I go for the 60 minute massage but instead of having her do my whole body she just does my feet and then spends the rest of the time on my back, neck, and shoulders. It's amazing.

I've never had a massage before. I always feel to self consicious about it. I put all my tension into my back and I could definetly use one.

Yeah, I sat in one of those Massage chairs in Bath and body works last weekend, and if it wasn't $600, I would've bought it, it was AMAZING!!

I go for a spa treatment about every six weeks or so which includes a half-hour massage; talk about getting relaxed!

I Love the Aqua Massage - They are soooo relaxing, my tanning salon owner was looking into the cost of getting one for her shop

If the Aqua massage thing is like a tanning bed, but filled with water and jets, they've got a couple of those set up in the mall that you can try, and I want to really bad, they look really cool... Though I don't know that I could handle everyone looking at me

I have done it at the Mall a couple of times, especially after a full day of shopping it's great - People walking by can't really see ya that good unless they stop and really start checking it out which is what I did to some poor guy the first time I saw it

I like getting my feet massaged but I'm not a big fan of getting massages at a spa. I've had a few and they never really do it for me. I'd rather have a facial and a pedicure for the same amount of money. Actually I'd rather have someone scratch my back than massage it. It's not that my skin is itchy, it just feels good.

Cupcake, it made you itchy cuz you were getting cleaned out, you were dizzy cuz you got up to quickly. When I first opened my salon I had one of those beds, I loved it,we didn't sell enough pkgs on it so we sold it back to the company.

I'm pretty sure I will never ever ever get a massage by someone. I hate when people I don't know touch me and I can't even imagine GIVING one to a stranger, I think that's sooo disgusting. I could never in a million years become a massuse (spelling?)

I have never gone and got a massage before. So are you guys saying that it is worth it? I have cronic back pain and this might help ease the pain. Any suggestions??
