How do you keep yourself from getting racoon eyes when wearing your eye protection? Sometimes I will try to move them around (I use the peepers) but instead it seems to make the white spots bigger!

I don't even notice mine, if I have any.... a good way to get rid of them is to use a little dab of sunless tanner on your eyelids to cover up any white areas...

I have them too. I just use makeup to cover them up.

That is what I do is try to use a sunless tanner to cover up any if I do get them. I wasnt sure if I was doing any thing "wrong" in the first place! lol

You may want to try adjustable eye protection like Wink-Ease or Viewkeepers--just make the cone as small as you like so you are not wearing ONE SIZE FITS ALL eye protection.

Also, make sure you are not wearing any makeup--concealer, eye shadow and eye moisturizers all have an SPF 25 and they are creating a bigger racccoon eye than any eye protection can.

Some folks take off their eye protection for the last couple of minutes. I don't recommmend this, but its better than not wearing any eye protection at all!

I get raccoon eyes too, I use sunless tanner to conceal them, since I hate it when I take my make-up off at night and can see the white around my eyes.

You may also want to practice moving the eyewear you are wearing while tanning so you don't get a clear line. This is like moving your bikini straps half way thru a tan to mute the clean lines.

I move my super sunnies up a bit for half the session...not too much, but enough to cover the eye and still tan my under eye area

whatever you do, don't take your goggles off. leave them on and use a sunless tanner.
