i have 3 Chinchillas, Spike, Frost and Milo... they are my babies.
I also have a bird a pearl cockatiel her name is Aine

I have had alot of pets my entire like.My mother is an animal lover & I inherited it.I
remember us having chinchillas when I was very small.If I remember correctly,don't they
startle rather easily.Where they have heart attacks & die.Seems like I remember that happening. Now I have an iguana,a betta,several hermit crabs,& 2 dogs-a schnauzer named
Herbie & a smooth coated Brussels griffon named Trixie.Would have more but my boyfriend limits me.My mom just had 2 manx cat litters this week & I'm working on him so I can get one of those babies.

no chinchillas don't die from being startled. or my boys would have been dead long ago lol

I have 1 Rottweiler ( he was a rescue), 1 shephard mix, 1 shephard/husky mix, 1 Russian blue cat, 1 calico cat, 1 Holland Lop, 1 male normal grey cockatiel, 1 female Lutino cockatiel and 2 pet rats. i had a lutino cockatiel his name was romeo... he passed away.. he was such a sweetie, i also had a pied cockatiel his name was popeye i had him for 9 years... he was a hand me down pet (i always get animals other people can't keep lol)

the rats are so cute... i wanted rats but ended up with chinchillas lol

Thanks Anya All of the animals we have other than the rats and the one cockatiel were pets that people didn't want to take care of any more or strays. It is nice to know that there are people like us out there to take in these little guys...I would hate to see what would have happened to them if we hadn't.

believe me if i had my way i'd have a zoo full of animals lol, i used to have ferrets i got them cus someone left them in a box outside a petstore on a day that was over 100 degrees it was one of the hottest summers around here. i had them for 2 years pookah had adrenal disease and passed away.. then snowball passed away 2 months later she never got over losing pook.

I also have 3 betta fish and some hermit crabs. I want a dog, but have to wait until we have a yard for that. And I really want to get some big goldfish.

We have a chihuahua (my baby), a shih-tzu, a beagle/basset, 4 indoor cats, 1 tomcat, a parakeet, and a quaker. We're moving onto my mom's farm, and my hubby wants goats. I think he's scared we'll have them in the house, too. lol

a mini-dachshund/weiner/hot dog. My husband wanted a dog, I always loved cats. He is *adorable* & I've been converted from a cat person to a dog person (well, add dogs to the list). Now I wouldn't mind having another doxie. A black one this time! LUV 'EM!

I would like a ferret.I may work on my bf on that once I get the manx kitten.I'm kind of thinking chinchillas now,too.That Frosty is adorable.Goats are a blast.We had them when I was a kid.My Mom still has a about 8 of them

I have two mixed cats outside one is male and one female. Then inside i have one solid white female cat with yellow eyes. She is only eight months old and a handful. Love her to pieces all of them.

My family has 2 mini dauchshunds named Bo and Lucy. We used to have 2 cockatiels but they flew the coop (literally!). Used to have a 6 toed (!) cat named DC (Darn Cat).
What I would like to have is a King Penguin named Linus (From Linus Torvalds, the dude who first wrote the Linux kernel), and a chest freezer with a doggy door so the penguin can sleep and hang out someplace cool.

I have a male black lab (Cinder), a male gray kitty we rescued from the pound (Smoky), some fish (Spike, ChiChi, Hunter, Dusty, Chili, Cayenne & Sunny) and a male iguana (Iggy) who is about 8 now.

I used to have 3 ferrets (Tippy, Cece and Ivory), a hedgehog (Hootie), and 2 Jackson chameleons (Tigger & Lady)

I love animals!! Next I want more ferrets and a chinchilla! Oh, and another kitten! And when I fence in the backyard, I'm going to get either a Rottweiler or a Golden Retriever to keep Cinder company!

I have had alot of pets growing up also mostly dogs. I would love to have a cat and have tried to twice but I am highy allergic and even with medication I can't have them.... Right now we just have a 5 yr. old long haired dauchund(sp?) name Kody, we got him just a couple of months ago cause his owner was working alot and getting ready to go back to school and wasn't going to have much time for him. Sweet dog, funny personality, and the fact he was already potty trained was definitly a plus.

Lindsey Today I was at a pet shop with Nicole that had all these different sea animals like Sting Rays, BLOW FISH (scared the heck out of me) Yellow fish, blue fish, corals.. you get it.. It made me think of your fish tanks!!

Yeah! We turned the corner and i saw this HUGE fish and i jumped! Its eyes were literally and inch and a half big. It was following my fingers and it looked SO weird.. Just.. Like the size of a football, and it wasnt even puffed. Really scary looking though.

we had a cat that was my baby but when we first moved to alabama 6 1/2 years ago, we had to give him to my aunt because they didnt allow pets in the apartments we lived in at the time. a week after my aunt got him, she let him outside and he ran away

I have 6 pets altogether..
here at my parents house I have 2 Golden Retrievers named Amber and Jenny, and I also have 4 cats: Molly, Chloe, Sweety and Midge.

Make sure you only get one lovebirk otherwise he wont wany anything to do with you. I am so NOT an animal lover yet I have two parrots, a roosteratoo named Corkie and an amazon named Red. I would NEVER own anything with fur. Too many horror stories from working for a pet chain for 7 years.

Yeah that's why he wants it lol, they have like pink ones too but they're in pairs, the lady at the store was told us she'd like it to stay that way...whatever...but this one that's alone is cute anyway!

Harley - No idea what he is we just took him in. He is about 1 1/2 old. He looks and acts like a hound dog

CoCo - lives with my parents but she is my baby. SHe will only listen to my dad and I. She is a 12 year old choc. lab she used to sleep in bed with me.

Mister the Cat - He is my friend Julee's cat but he has been living with us for the past 7 months.
