My salon has been really irking me! My in laws also go to this salon and said to go in the AM hours to avoid this stuff. They said the staff is a lot nicer and helpful when they go, based on what I told them about my experiences.
My in laws also said that they asked for special orders and got helped.
Guess time of day changes a lot!

It definatly does. In the AM and early after noon the people at my salon are great but about 5pm they start stressing out since they're understaffed with not enough beds, so they start getting cranky.

I always tan in the mornings. I don't think they are awake enough yet to get too cranky. lol

I went later lastnight (9 pm) and it was a lot more mellow at my usual salon. I'm thinking of trying this other one that is like 2 seconds away after I finish my minutes at my current salon. My son's babysitter said they have high pressure beds and are really nice there. I just never tried it since they always looked closed.

GratefulTan, so did you ever try that salon that your son's babysitter told you about? I hope so, and i hope it was a great experience..... if you tried it, let us all know what you thought of it!!!

I tried the place my son's sitter uses, and the staff was really nice, but their beds are a bit ancient. I found the new place I go to that's so awesome!!!!

I alwats get the first appt. in the morning. I book a week in advance...A few times I went in the afternoon and the staff was very rude..no greeting, no eye contact even...But it was the end of the day..They were ready to go home and relax.
