Atkins Diet

Is anyone here on the Atkins diet? I went shopping today and tried on a bathing suit and realized that i need to diet now that summer is approaching. I understand that it is low carb, but beyond that i dont really know anything. Any help would be great, thanks!

i think its wayyy too extreme the way people do it. if its done correctly, its fine, but not too many people do it correctly. people think that they can just cut carbs altogether...this is NOT the way to go! you need SOME! anything to the extreme is bad for you.
